Heat Presses and Printing Equipment guarantee perfectly even and engineeringly controlled heat transfer, fixing sublimation and DTF designs on fabric or ceramics.

The production of promotional materials, T-shirts, and souvenirs requires strict compliance with physical parameters - a specific temperature level combined with uniform pressure on the printing base. Heat presses solve this challenge by using massive aluminum heating plates coated with a Teflon (PTFE) layer, preventing raw materials and inks from sticking. Unlike household irons, professional heat presses and mug presses integrate PID (Proportional-Integral-Derivative) digital controllers, which compensate for temperature losses in real time and maintain heat (up to 250°C) with an accuracy of 1-2 degrees across the entire working area. The transfer process, whether using sublimation papers or Direct-To-Film (DTF) films, turns polymer color molecules into a gaseous state and literally embeds them in synthetics or cotton fibers. The pneumatic or manual mechanisms of the equipment distribute the force vector symmetrically, preventing the occurrence of blank spots or color bleeding on the final product.

Printing technologies and thermophysical functions:

  • Teflon heating surfaces: Heating panels radiate heat evenly and are protected from burning, allowing textiles, metal plates, or ceramic coasters to be printed without damage.
  • PID temperature control: Intelligent processors prevent the temperature from dropping the moment a cold piece of clothing is placed in the machine, maintaining an even transfer cycle.
  • Modular adaptability: Certain machines are equipped with interchangeable accessories - hat, plate, or mug matrices, allowing a wide range of products to be produced with one workstation.
  • Digital timer: The built-in countdown automatically warns the operator about the end of the printing cycle, preventing overheating of the fabric and burning of the color.

A stable and controlled pressure/temperature algorithm is the key to bright, wash-resistant, and professional print quality. In print workshops, it is critically important to maintain a high color rendering index (CRI), therefore it is optimal to install indoor linear LED lamps on the ceiling of the workspaces for ideal visual control.
