Car Jump Starters guarantee immediate engine starting in emergency situations, offering massive starting current in a compact format.
An unexpected discharge of a car battery in freezing conditions or due to a long period of inactivity requires immediate technical intervention without depending on the assistance of another vehicle ("jump-starting"). VIDEX car battery jump starters integrate high-discharge lithium-polymer (LiPo) cells capable of momentarily delivering a massive peak current (Peak Ampere) from 1000A up to 3000A, which is completely sufficient to instantly turn over even large-displacement diesel engines and gasoline motors. The device acts as an exceptionally powerful electrical energy buffer, connecting to standard 12V car battery terminals through specially designed "smart crocodile clips". These clips include an advanced Battery Management System (BMS) that physically blocks the power supply in case of reverse polarity (incorrectly connected poles), short circuits, overvoltage, or overheating, completely protecting both the car's onboard electronics and the device itself from damage. In addition to the primary function, jump starters are often equipped with USB outputs (Powerbank function) and LED lighting.
Electrochemical properties and benefits of the jump starter:
- High-discharge cells: Specially engineered lithium-polymer blocks can deliver the necessary peak current (Cold Cranking Amps equivalent) even at extremely low temperatures (-20°C).
