Laser Engravers and Cutters guarantee extremely precise and fast material processing, using focused light radiation in design and industrial production.

The transition from mechanical sawing to digital laser processing fundamentally changes the way prototypes and personalized products are created. Modern laser machines mainly use high-power semiconductor diodes (often at 450 nm wavelength) or CO2 gas tubes that can generate intense heat energy in a microscopic point. Diode lasers (with optical power from 10W up to 40W and more) have become an integral tool in workshops, providing the ability to accurately cut plywood, acrylic, and leather, as well as engrave metal or ceramics without direct physical contact with the surface. The kinematic system, driven by calibrated stepper motors and linear guides, moves the laser head with an accuracy of up to 0.01 millimeters, precisely executing G-code commands. Since this process does not involve the mechanical wear of a milling cutter or knife, the cut edges are always perfect and do not require sanding. Advanced 32-bit motherboards and wireless connectivity allow the machines to be managed directly from a computer, guaranteeing fast and engineeringly correct realization of designs in real-time.

Optics mechanics and processing efficiency:

  • Optical laser power: Diode modules can combine multiple beams into one point, significantly increasing energy density for cutting thicker wood or acrylic sheets.
  • Focusing lenses: Quality optics guarantee minimal beam dispersion (focal spot), thus achieving high resolution in fine line engravings.
  • Kinematic precision: The aluminum profile frame and high-quality timing belts prevent vibrations during axis movement, eliminating geometric deformations of parts.
  • Compact and safe architecture: The machines are often equipped with cooling fans and flame detectors, protecting the components during long working cycles.

Precisely calibrated laser processing eliminates the occurrence of defects and allows the most rational use of raw materials. To safely and conveniently illuminate the work area near the equipment or integrate lighting in raw material shelves, a reliable solution is furniture and cabinet lighting.
