The automatic incline, adjustable up to 12%, allows you to vary the intensity of your workout without increasing your speed, which works well for both gentle walking and more demanding sessions focused on burning calories and strengthening leg muscles.

With just one click of the remote control, you can go from a light walk to a more intense workout. The Z10 is not only great for leisure time, but also for work. Its compact, low profile allows it to slide easily under a desk. You can walk during video conferences, while working on your computer, or during phone calls—without interrupting your duties, while staying in shape at the same time.
