A new level of flexibility with Multi-Flex technology

At the heart of the device is the innovative Multi-Flex technology, based on an intelligent digital platform with a wide bandwidth, providing unrivaled versatility and precision in all conditions. Apex offers a wide selection of frequencies - 5 kHz, 10 kHz, 15 kHz, 20 kHz, Multi-Frequency and Multi-Salt, allowing you to perfectly match the settings to the type of objects you are looking for and the characteristics of the terrain. Lower frequencies provide better detection of larger and more conductive targets, such as large silver coins, while higher frequencies are ideal for detecting small and poorly conductive objects, such as gold nuggets and thin coins.

Precise identification and inspection of ferrous objects

The Iron Audio function is a unique solution that helps correctly identify complex ferrous objects, such as caps. In addition, the Iron Volume system allows you to independently adjust the volume of signals from ferrous objects without affecting non-ferrous objects. With eight levels of adjustment, you can reduce the annoying sounds of unwanted finds, while retaining full control over the signaling of important targets. Experienced prospectors will appreciate the ability to hear all signals while reducing the volume of less valuable ones.

The Garrett ACE Apex will perform well in almost any form of prospecting, such as coin collecting, relic searching, beach exploration, shallow water wading, or gold prospecting. The advanced Multi-Flex Multi-Frequency technology enables effective detection of objects in a variety of soil types, including highly mineralized and saltwater environments. And the 175-point ground balance adjustment allows the detector to be even better suited to the situation.

Intuitive operation

Convenient buttons for accessing the most frequently used functions and clear menus make operation quick and comfortable even for less experienced users. The backlit LCD screen with large target identification numbers guarantees excellent readability in all lighting conditions.

Hybrid audio system

The Apex uses a hybrid audio system that combines the simplicity of binary audio with proportional audio to better recognize weak signals and more accurately assess target depth. In addition, the 5-tone audio identification enables more advanced object discrimination compared to previous Garrett models.

Advanced modes

The device offers six detection modes, such as zero, coins, US coins, jewelry, relics and custom. High-resolution discrimination based on 20 Notch Discrimination pixels, including 8 for iron, provides exceptional accuracy in eliminating unwanted objects.

Stability and software updates

The Garrett ACE Apex provides free software updates that improve overall stability of operation, speed and accuracy of saltwater ground balance, pinpoint function accuracy, or tone discrimination between value targets and iron. What's more, the built-in Z-Lynk Wireless technology provides audio transmission up to 6 times faster than Bluetooth, eliminating latency and allowing comfortable searching without the need for cables and extension cords.

Precision and range

A waterproof 6" x 11" DD Multi-Flex™ Viper coil is included, offering comfort and accuracy in all conditions. The 11" width ensures effective searching of large areas such as plowed fields, while the narrow 6" profile facilitates target separation in areas littered with iron. Note that the coil was designed specifically for Multi-Flex technology and is not compatible with older models of the ACE series. Similarly, earlier ACE coils do not work with the Ace Apex.

Powerful battery and full sound control

The built-in rechargeable lithium-ion battery offers up to 15 hours of use on a single charge. The device is charged via a Micro-USB cable, which is included in the package. In addition, the device features 8 levels of sensitivity and depth control, volume control for the speaker and headphones, and a 1/8" jack connector for wired headphones.
