LED strip VIDEX 230V 300W (15W/m) 6500K IP65 20M (VL-LST-CB65-22156-B20) operates from an AC mains (230V) and does not require an external driver, which greatly simplifies the installation process. It is recommended to install on an aluminum profile to improve heat dissipation. The main dimensions of the strip are: width - 10mm, height 4.5mm, and the total length of the strip packaging is 20m, but depending on the user's needs, it can be changed and made shorter or longer. Installation is also possible on other smooth heat-conducting surfaces. The product warranty period is 2 years. The LED strip has a copper board with LEDs, which provides excellent heat dissipation, uniform current distribution and increases the durability and performance of the strip. The silicone shell reliably protects the LEDs from moisture and dust (IP65), which allows the LED strip to be used both indoors and outdoors, provided it is properly installed and sealed. When installing in wet conditions or outdoors, all cutting, joining and connecting points must be sealed with waterproof glue or sealant to ensure the proper level of protection. ATTENTION! The LED strip must not be used without installed hermetic seals. The LED strip with a color temperature of 6500K emits cold white light, as close as possible to daylight. This allows it to be used in production and technical premises, workshops, garages, warehouses, as well as in areas where maximum visibility and accuracy of task performance are required. Thanks to the IP65 protection rating, it can also be used in wet areas - in the kitchen, in the bathroom, as well as for outdoor lighting of terraces, balconies and facades. An additional advantage is compatibility with dimmers, which makes it possible to adjust the brightness of the light in this model. The density of LEDs is 260 diodes per meter, which provides uniform and bright light without visible light gaps. The power of the LED strip is 15W per 1m, which is equivalent to 1500Lm/m, which makes it highly efficient. The scattering angle is 120°. The LED strip can be cut every 5cm (50mm), which allows it to maintain its performance after cutting each LED. INSTALLATION OF THE LED STRIP For the best heat dissipation, install the strip on an aluminum profile or other heat-conducting surface. 1. Prepare the surface for installation by cleaning and degreasing it; 2. Use the built-in double-sided adhesive tape. Remove the protective film; 3. Press the tape firmly along its entire length. Allow the adhesive to cure; avoid mechanical stress. Notes: - Do not bend the tape sharply or twist it. - Minimum bend diameter of the tape: 50mm. - Ensure proper ventilation around the tape; do not enclose it in tight spaces. - Check all mechanical and electrical connections before first use. CUTTING AND SPLICING THE LED STRIP Cutting, connecting or splicing or repairing the tape should be performed by a qualified specialist using solderless connectors and accessories compatible with TM "VIDEX" LED strips (not included, can be purchased separately). Step-by-step instructions: 1) Cut the LED strip only along the marked cutting marks (black lines). 2) Prepare solderless terminal connectors, end caps and silicone sealant. 3) Apply silicone sealant to the INSIDE of the connector on one end and to the inside of the end cap on the other to provide insulation. 4) Insert one cut end of the strip into the terminal connector and the other cut end into the end cap. 5) Press the connector cap until it clicks into place.
