THERMAL MASTER Thor001 Thermal Imaging Camera

The THERMAL MASTER Thor001 is an advanced, professional-grade thermal imaging camera designed for the precise diagnosis of electrical installations, HVAC systems, buildings, and industrial equipment. This model combines a 256 × 192 infrared sensor with X³IR™ technology, which increases image detail to 512 × 384 pixels, providing a clearer view of even the smallest details. The device measures temperatures across a wide range from -20°C to 550°C with an accuracy of ±1.5°C or ±1.5% of the reading, and thanks to its very high thermal sensitivity (NETD <35 mK), it detects minimal temperature differences invisible to less advanced devices. The Thor001 version is additionally equipped with a macro lens capable of focusing from as close as 8 cm, making it an ideal tool for inspecting PCBs, electronic components, and other small parts requiring exceptional precision.

Exceptional image detail thanks to X³IR™ and RazorX™

The Thor001 utilizes proprietary X³IR™ technology, which uses AI(Det)™ algorithms to increase thermal image resolution from 256 × 192 to 512 × 384 pixels. In practice, this means more than twice the amount of detail, making it easier to detect overheating connections, thermal bridges, or leaks. Additionally, the RazorX™ algorithm improves edge sharpness and image contrast, making measurement results clearer and easier to interpret. This solution is particularly useful during professional inspections where a quick and reliable diagnosis is essential.

Macro lens – precision for electronics and PCBs

The included macro lens allows for measurements from a minimum distance of 8 cm, enabling precise analysis of small electronic components such as integrated circuits, PCB traces, and connectors. Thanks to this lens, a NETD sensitivity of <35 mK, and an accuracy of ±1.5°C, the camera is ideal for laboratories, electronics repair shops, and R&D; departments, where even slight temperature deviations can indicate the source of a problem.

Wide temperature range and precise measurement tools

The device measures temperatures from -20°C to 550°C, allowing it to be used both for detecting heat loss and for monitoring hot components in industrial installations. The camera offers a 9-point measurement system covering the center point, maximum and minimum values, 6 custom measurement points, and a temperature difference function. You can also adjust emissivity, distance, and ambient temperature, as well as use isotherms, temperature alarms, and the automatic photo capture function when preset thresholds are exceeded.

Multiple operating modes and IR-Fuse™ technology

The THERMAL MASTER Thor001 offers various display modes: IR, Fusion, PiP, and Visual. IR-Fuse™ technology enables seamless blending of thermal and visible light images in the range of 0–100% with 1% precision, allowing you to precisely locate the problem on the actual object. The 2 MP (1616 × 1232) visible light camera provides a clear reference image, while the Pro-Mix and Visual functions facilitate the analysis of complex installations and equipment.

Large IPS screen and smooth 25 Hz image

The camera is equipped with a 3.5-inch IPS screen with a resolution of 640 × 480 pixels and a refresh rate of 60 Hz. The display’s hard, damage-resistant surface ensures good readability in the field, and the 25 Hz thermal image refresh rate guarantees smooth scanning even when working with moving objects. The user also has access to 1×, 2×, and 4× digital zoom, which facilitates the analysis of hard-to-reach areas.

Wireless connectivity and professional reporting

The Thor001 supports connectivity with PCs, smartphones, and tablets running iOS and Android. With the Thermal Smart™ app, you can view thermal images in real time, save photos and videos, and create professional reports. The QR-Filing™ feature automatically organizes materials based on scanned QR codes, and VoiceTag™ allows you to add voice notes using a noise-canceling microphone. This significantly streamlines the documentation and archiving of inspection results.

Rugged design for field work

The camera is built for heavy-duty use in demanding conditions. The reinforced ABS plastic housing and metal base ensure high mechanical durability, and the IP54 rating protects against dust and splashes. The Thor001 can withstand drops from heights of up to 2 meters. The professional Quick-Shield lens cover with Anti-Glare Burn Shield protects the sensor from intense light, high temperatures, and mechanical damage.

Long battery life and massive storage capacity

The built-in 5000 mAh battery provides over 10.5 hours of continuous operation, allowing for all-day inspections. Support for 18 W fast charging reduces recharge time, and the charging indicator makes it easy to monitor the battery level. The camera features 8 GB of RAM and a 32 GB memory card, allowing it to store over 220,000 thermal images.
