Creality Ender-3 V3 is an advanced 3D printer that combines cutting-edge technology, stable design and intuitive interface to offer professionals and enthusiasts a tool for creating precise prints. With FDM (fused deposition modeling) technology, the printer provides high-quality prints in a variety of materials.
Powerful printing functions
The printer allows modeling in a variety of materials, such as PLA, TPU, PETG, ABS, PLA-CF, PETG-CF and CR-carbon, offering a wide range of design possibilities. It offers filament detection functions, which prevents interruption of the printing process. It takes place at speeds of up to 600 mm/s, and the coordinated movement of the X- and Z-axis is driven by two motors attached to the base, which increases the accuracy of the Z-axis and enables better quality prints. The printer supports the Gcode file format and allows printing from a USB drive, via LAN or from the cloud.
Advanced design
The Ender-3 V3 features a new metal construction with die-cast parts for greater stability and durability. The gantry and base are made from a single piece of metal, further improving the accuracy of the Z-axis for better quality prints. The printer is also equipped with full-power direct extrusion, enabling clog-free extrusion for more than 1,000 hours. A 60-watt ceramic heater ensures full melting of filaments at high speed.
Advanced cooling
The printer is equipped with a durable copper nozzle with a steel tip and titanium alloy heat shield. In addition, two powerful fans at the front and rear of the print head quickly and evenly cool the freshly printed section, ensuring excellent print quality even at high speeds.
Easy operation and setup
The Ender-3 V3 offers automatic level detection and calibration, which prepares the printer for operation without the need for manual leveling. The printer is also equipped with a 4.3-inch HD color touchscreen that allows easy monitoring of the printing process, model previewing and temperature control with moving graphics. In addition, the printer features a Windows and Mac OS-compatible operating system, providing versatility in operation.
Performance and precision
The printer offers a maximum print speed of 600 mm/s and a maximum acceleration of 20000 mm/s^2, enabling fast and precise prints. The direct-driven extruder is reinforced with a helical spring and ball piston, ensuring strong filament gripping without slowing down. Extruder enhancements such as a side spring, ball piston and powder metallurgy lever further increase adhesion and extrusion force for precise printing.
State-of-the-art printing features
The printer has an excellent software ecosystem that allows control and monitoring with Creality Print slicer and Creality Cloud APP. This system allows easy management and export of models. The spring steel base allows the model to be released with a slight bend, which is useful in the printing process.
