These devices integrate a strong clamping chassis and an inductive wireless charging coil that delivers up to 15W of power output to compatible iPhone (MagSafe) and Android (Qi) smartphones. Innovative models are equipped with infrared (IR) or touch-sensitive sensors that automatically open and close the holder arms as soon as the device approaches. The wireless charger chip continuously monitors temperature and detects foreign objects (FOD - Foreign Object Detection) on the charging surface, preventing overheating and protecting the phone battery.
