DeWalt to Ryobi 18V adapters create an effective transition between different power tool platforms.
DeWalt XR series 18V and 20V lithium-ion blocks are widely used in the construction and manufacturing sectors. This converter guarantees perfect mechanical compatibility with the Ryobi 18V ONE+ line, providing high breaking point resistance against impacts in the working environment. An important engineering aspect: this adapter is NOT compatible with the old DeWalt XRP batteries (Ni-Cd platform), nor is it permitted to use it to simulate Makita G series tools. The lithium element must be charged using only a DeWalt base station. The equipment does not contain a discharge safety chip, so the operator is responsible for connecting the battery to the charger as soon as the tool starts to lack power.
