Cycplus DC1 is a compact stationary rehabilitation bike with 10 resistance levels and two modes (Manual and ERG). The device has a standalone power system and takes up little space (only 0.18 sq. ft.), so you can use it at home, in the office and more. The built-in display and precise data measurement allow you to conveniently track your workout progress.
The Cycplus DC1 mini bike offers two modes of operation. Manual, with 10 levels of resistance, will work well for warm-ups, rehabilitation and more intense exercises. Levels 1-3 are similar to walking, 4 to 6 resemble running, and 7 to 10 mimic cycling. ERG, on the other hand, allows you to set a target wattage between 30-100 watts - then the device automatically adjusts the resistance to your cadence. Choose the option better suited to your workout needs!
The DC motor and worm gear used ensure smooth and stable operation with a noise level of only about 30 dB - that's about the same as a whisper or the ticking of a clock! The system's maximum power output is 160 watts, and the design self-generates power during exercise, eliminating the need to charge or plug in cables. So you can train where you want, when you want!
Cycplus DC1 is distinguished by a sampling rate of 2 ms, which translates into accurate and stable measurements of training parameters. The device's display shows calories, time, cadence, speed, distance, number of steps, as well as current and average power, among others. This allows you to consciously control your progress and adjust the intensity of your workouts to your capabilities.
The device allows you to pedal forward and backward, which allows you to engage different muscle groups. Forward movement promotes circulation and calorie burning, while backward movement reduces stress on joints, ankles and spine. Such characteristics make the mini bike suitable for rehabilitation as well as for everyday, light physical activity, such as working at a desk or watching TV series.
The DC1 is equipped with a triple anti-slip system, including a mat, pads and an attachment belt, which stabilizes the device against the chair. The solutions used increase safety, reduce noise and prevent the equipment from moving during exercise.
The DC1 bike supports the ANT+ protocol and allows you to connect with workout apps such as Zwift, MyWhoosh and CYCPLUS Fit. This allows you to track your progress, take part in virtual workouts, complete challenges and share your achievements.
The bike is ready to use almost right out of the box - no assembly or charging required. What's more, the integrated low-profile design makes the device space-saving and easy to carry. So you can easily use it under your desk at work or on an armchair in the living room, and stow it in a closet or under the couch after your workout.
